Building a product to serve other products

Defining a new category: Supplier Collaboration and Innovation

I joined as the first Product Designer and built the industry leading Supplier Collaboration & Innovation platform, boasting customers including Vodafone, Astrazeneca and Barclays.

I led the product to a Series A investment round of $4M and the product has been included in the list of Cool Vendors in Sourcing Technology, by Gartner.

I was asked to come in and help the team position a new solution around sustainability and look at what that would mean for the exsiting product and architecture.

Vizibl offers solutions across Supplier Relationship Management & Innovation Management. They wanted to build upon current functionality to deliver an end to end solution for supplier sustainability management, with a clear focus on understanding emissions data and making it easy to take action in partnership with suppliers.

as a Service

A new listening experience that transformed the way people interacted with radio

Radioplayer is a joint venture between the BBC, Guardian Media Group, Absolute Radio and RadioCentre.

I led the design to deliver a whole new radio experience across web, mobile, iPad and in car audio. Through discovery, ideation and prototyping we delivered an experience that transformed the way users navigated through stations.

When the product launched, the iPad app ranked higher than any other radio app in the UK, and users listened on average to over 50% more stations per week than traditional radio listeners.
